Getting Started with GROOPIE

GROOPIE helps you group products and display them as swatches on your Shopify store. This guide walks you through installation and your first product group.

Install from the App Store

1. Visit the Shopify App Store and click Add app.
2. Approve the permissions GROOPIE needs (product read/write, theme app extensions).
3. Open GROOPIE from your Shopify admin Apps menu.

Create Your First Group

1. In GROOPIE, click Create group.
2. Give the group a name (e.g. “T-Shirt Colors”).
3. Select the products that belong to this group.
4. Choose how you want swatches to appear: Color, Image, or Button.
5. Save and check your storefront – the group will appear on the product and collection pages where those products are shown.
